    • Stochastic Programming Models for ATM: Entebbe International Airport (PhD Dissertation to be presented for the Award of PhD in Statistics – Statistical Computing)Specific objectives for the study are:
      • To evaluate parameters that vary with time and are critical to air traffic flow management;
      • To analyse interactions between identified critical parameters above
      • To develop a model that will minimise aircraft expected total cost of delays
      • To study and develop stochastic optimization models for air traffic flow management for Entebbe International Airport.
      • To develop and implement an algorithm for the stochastic models developed in this study
      • To validate the model and the algorithm that will have been developed during the course of the study
    • Stochastic Optimization Models for Agricultural Management Using Remote Sensing Technologies (Presented at the 3rd International Conference on Agricultural Statistics held in Beijing, China, 2007)Specific objectives for the study were:
      • To evaluate parameters that vary with time and are critical to Agricultural Production Management;
      • To analyse interactions between identified critical parameters above
      • To develop a model that will minimise costs involved in agricultural management by applying remote sensing technologies
      • To simulate data and use it to test and validate the stochastic optimization models
    • Computerized Statistical System for Systematic Sampling Techniques and Analysis (Masters Dissertation Presented for the Award of Master of Statistics – Statistical Computing)Specific objectives for the study are:
      • To develop a computerised system able to select a sample based on systematic sampling technique;
      • To use the system so developed in order to generate statistical analyses based on systematic sampling technique
    • Stochastic Optimization Model for Monitoring Millennium Development Goals: Case of HIV/AIDS and Malaria in Kapchorwa District, Uganda (To be presented at a conference on Statistical Advocacy and Application, South Africa, 2008)Specific objectives for the study are:
      • To evaluate parameters that vary with time and are critical to HIV/AIDS and Malaria;
      • To analyse interactions between identified critical parameters above
      • To study and develop stochastic optimization models for Monitoring HIV/AIDS and Malaria in Kapchorwa District.
    • Computerized System for Hotel Management and Analysis (Bachelors Dissertation Presented for the Award of Bachelor Science in Statistical Computing)Specific objectives for the study are:
      • To develop a computerized system able to manage hotel room allocation;
